These Easy & Flavorful Bang Bang Chicken Skewers are juicy, spicy, and irresistibly creamy. Perfect for grilling or pan-searing, this chicken skewer recipe combines bold Bang Bang sauce with tender chicken for a quick dinner or meal prep win.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs chicken thighs
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp honey
Instructions
1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized chunks and place in a bowl.
2. Add Greek yogurt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix to coat.
3. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
4. In a small bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and honey.
5. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
6. Grill on medium-high for 10-12 minutes, turning to cook evenly.
7. Brush skewers with Bang Bang sauce and grill for 1-2 more minutes.
8. Serve hot with extra sauce on the side.
Notes
This dish is best with chicken thighs, but chicken breasts work too.
Let the skewers rest for 5 minutes after cooking to lock in juices.
You can double the Bang Bang sauce and save some for salads or dipping fries.
