Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream
2 cups fresh cheese tortellini
1 1/2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add diced chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully done. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
