Description
This Easy Cranberry Orange Fudge is a festive, no-bake dessert made with white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, orange zest, and tart cranberries. Perfect for the holidays, it’s creamy, zesty, and quick to make.
Ingredients
2 ½ cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon orange zest
½ teaspoon orange extract (optional)
¾ cup dried cranberries
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease the paper.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl or saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat in 30-second intervals or on low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange extract (if using).
4. Fold in the dried cranberries, saving a few to press into the top.
5. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Press remaining cranberries on top.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
7. Lift fudge using parchment overhang, slice into squares, and serve.
Notes
Use high-quality white chocolate for best texture.
Orange zest gives more flavor than juice without altering texture.
Let the fudge sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before cutting for cleaner slices.
