Description

This easy crab salad recipe is a creamy, refreshing seafood dish perfect for quick lunches or light dinners. Featuring imitation or real crab, crunchy celery, and zesty lemon, it’s a delicious, no-cook summer salad. Great for lettuce wraps, sandwiches, or served as a side.

Ingredients

1 cup imitation crab meat

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup finely chopped celery

2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Chop the imitation crab meat into bite-sized pieces.

2. Finely dice celery and red onion.

3. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until creamy.

4. Add the crab, celery, and onion to the dressing. Gently fold until everything is evenly coated.

5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Let the salad chill to enhance flavor.

Use real lump crab for a luxurious twist.

Avoid freezing due to mayo-based dressing.
