Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
1 ½ cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
2. Flatten each biscuit into a round and press into muffin cups to form shells.
3. In a mixing bowl, stir together chicken, vegetables, soup, cheese, and seasonings until fully combined.
