Description

Easy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are the perfect creamy comfort food dinner. This family-friendly lasagna roll-up recipe is filled with tender chicken, rich Alfredo sauce, and gooey cheese, perfect for weeknight meals or make-ahead freezer dinners.


Ingredients

12 lasagna noodles

2 cups shredded chicken

2 cups Alfredo sauce

1 cup ricotta cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente, drain, and lay flat to cool.

2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3. Spread the chicken mixture over each lasagna noodle and roll them up.

4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a greased baking dish, place rolls seam-side down.

5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls, top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.

6. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.

7. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.

8. Rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for best melt and flavor.

Let the rolls rest after baking to firm up for clean servings.

You can add spinach or mushrooms to the filling for extra veggies.
