Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast or thighs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 eggs
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
Oil for frying
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized chunks and pat dry. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
