Description

This Easy Boursin Chicken recipe is a creamy one-pan dinner made with garlic herb Boursin cheese, chicken breasts, and a rich sauce perfect for weeknights. A flavorful chicken dinner that’s fast, family-friendly, and irresistibly comforting.


Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese (5.2 oz)

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear on each side for about 5-6 minutes until golden. Remove and set aside.

2. Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Pour in the chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up the browned bits. Add Boursin cheese and stir until fully melted.

4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes.

5. Return chicken to the pan and let simmer for 5-8 more minutes, or until fully cooked.

6. Garnish with parsley if using, and serve warm with your favorite sides.

Notes

Use Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin for the classic flavor.

Do not boil the sauce after adding cream to avoid splitting.

Chicken can be swapped with thighs or tenders based on preference.
