Ingredients
1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
1 cup grated cucumber
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Grate the cucumber using a box grater, then place it in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, squeezed cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, olive oil, and salt.
3. Mix well until smooth and evenly combined.
4. Refrigerate the tzatziki for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.

Notes
Tzatziki will taste even better after chilling for a few hours.
