Description

Easy and Delicious Air Fryer Cod is a quick and healthy seafood dinner made in under 20 minutes. This low-carb, high-protein air fryer fish recipe is crispy, flavorful, and perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

2 to 3 cod fillets (4 to 6 oz each)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1⁄2 teaspoon salt

1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper

Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

1. Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

2. In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Brush each fillet with olive oil, then season both sides with the spice blend.

4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 2 to 3 minutes.

5. Place fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

6. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

7. Check that the cod flakes easily and is golden.

8. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy.
