Description

Ingredients

2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed

3 cups broccoli florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Trim broccoli into medium florets.

2. In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes and broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

3. Spread vegetables on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
