Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups chopped apples (peeled)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a bundt pan well.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, beat eggs with both sugars until smooth. Stir in oil and vanilla.

6. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Cool in the pan for 20 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool fully.
