3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 oz cream cheese
6 slices provolone cheese
20 oz cheese tortellini (refrigerated or frozen)
Instructions
1. Slice the beef thinly against the grain. Prepare the vegetables and mince the garlic.
2. Add beef, bell pepper, onion, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the crock pot. Stir to combine.
3. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
4. Add cream cheese and provolone to the crock pot and stir until melted into a creamy sauce.
5. Stir in cheese tortellini. Cook on high for another 30–45 minutes until pasta is tender.
6. Serve hot with your favorite sides and enjoy the cheesesteak flavor in pasta form!
Notes
Use refrigerated tortellini for best texture.
Add mushrooms or spinach if you’d like more veggies.
Reheat leftovers with a splash of broth to loosen the sauce.
