Description

These Crispy Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Tenders with Garlic Dip are the perfect blend of crunchy, cheesy coating and juicy chicken, served with a rich and tangy garlic sauce. Ingredients

500g chicken tenders

100g freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 large eggs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup sour cream

2 cloves fresh garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice


Instructions

1. Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one for seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a Parmesan-panko mixture.

2. Coat each chicken tender first in the flour, then dip in eggs, and finish in the breadcrumb-Parmesan mix.

3. Arrange the breaded tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet or air fryer basket.

4. Bake at 425°F or air fry at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

5. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl to make the garlic dip.

6. Serve tenders hot with the garlic dip on the side and enjoy immediately.

Notes

These are best served fresh for maximum crunch.

You can double the garlic in the dip for extra bold flavor.
