Description

These Crispy Garlic Parmesan Zucchini Chips are a delicious low-carb snack or side dish. Packed with bold garlic flavor and crunchy Parmesan coating, they’re baked or air fried to perfection. Ideal for healthy snacking or as a veggie-based appetizer.

Ingredients

1 medium zucchini

1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 large egg

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F or air fryer to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Slice zucchini into 1/8-inch thick rounds. Pat dry with paper towels.

3. In one bowl, beat the egg. In another, combine Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Dip zucchini slices in egg, then coat with the cheese and breadcrumb mixture. Press lightly.

5. Arrange on baking sheet or air fryer basket without overlapping.

6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or air fry for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.

7. Serve warm with your favorite dip or enjoy as-is.

Notes

For best crunch, don’t skip drying the zucchini slices thoroughly.

Air frying gives slightly crispier results than baking.

Add a pinch of cayenne if you want a spicy kick.
