Ingredients
1 lb chicken thighs
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup buffalo sauce
3 tbsp butter
2 cups cabbage slaw mix
1/2 cup ranch dressing
4 brioche buns

Instructions
1. Marinate chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
2. Mix flour with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dredge chicken in flour to coat.
3. Heat oil in a skillet. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
4. Melt butter and stir in buffalo sauce. Coat the fried chicken in the sauce.
5. In a bowl, mix cabbage slaw mix with ranch dressing until coated.
6. Toast brioche buns with butter until golden.
7. Assemble by layering slaw on the bun, topping with buffalo chicken, and pickles if desired.
Notes

Use chicken breasts if preferred, but thighs stay juicier.
