Ingredients
16 oz spaghetti
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the cooked chicken by shredding or dicing. Set aside.
3. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
4. Pour in the milk and add Velveeta cubes. Stir until smooth and melted.
5. Add shredded mozzarella and stir until the sauce is creamy and fully blended.
6. Combine the cooked spaghetti and chicken with the cheese sauce. Mix until fully coated.
7. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with extra mozzarella if desired.
8. Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
9. Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
Add red pepper flakes if you like a touch of heat.
Don’t overcook the pasta—al dente holds up better during baking.
