Ingredients
1 pound penne pasta
2 boneless chicken breasts
8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
2. Cook penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and simmer.
4. Add Velveeta cubes, stirring until melted and smooth.
5. Slice chicken and return to skillet with pasta. Toss to coat evenly in sauce.
6. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and combined.

Notes
Use rotini or rigatoni if penne isn’t available.
