Description

Ingredients

250g angel hair pasta

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

½ small red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup bell peppers, chopped

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup sour cream

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons fresh herbs (parsley or dill), chopped

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water and cook angel hair pasta until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
