Description

Creamy Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Fruit Salad is a dreamy no-bake dessert with ripe peaches, fluffy cheesecake filling, buttery graham cracker crunch, and a hint of cinnamon. Perfect for summer brunches, potlucks, or a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

3 cups fresh peaches, sliced

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup whipped topping

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

3/4 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

1. Peel and slice the fresh peaches into thin wedges or bite-sized pieces. If using canned or frozen, drain and pat them dry.

2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

3. Add powdered sugar and cinnamon, beat until fully incorporated.

4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until mixture is fluffy and uniform.

5. In a serving dish, layer peach slices with dollops of the cheesecake mixture.

6. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers between layers and on top.

7. Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use ripe, fragrant peaches for best flavor.

Chill longer for a firmer, more set texture.

Adjust sugar if peaches are already very sweet.
