Ingredients
12 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Boil the bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and add ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart. Drain excess fat.
3. Push beef aside and sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, about 1 minute. Mix with beef.
4. Add heavy cream and beef broth. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until thickened slightly.
5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
6. Serve hot, topped with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
Don’t overcook the pasta; keep it al dente.
Add a splash of broth when reheating to maintain creaminess.
