Ingredients
12 ounces egg noodles
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup, 10.5 ounces each
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups crushed butter crackers
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles until just al dente. Drain well and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, condensed cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth until smooth.
4. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper, then mix until fully combined.
5. Fold in the cooked shredded chicken and drained egg noodles until everything is evenly coated in the creamy mixture.

Notes
For the creamiest texture, make sure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing.
Rotisserie chicken works especially well here and makes prep much faster.
