Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast
2 cups broccoli florets
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly.
2. Cook and shred the chicken if not using pre-cooked. Steam or microwave the broccoli until just tender.
3. In a saucepan, melt cream cheese and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir until smooth.
4. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the sauce and mix well. Stir in the shredded cheddar until melted.
5. Combine chicken and broccoli in a large mixing bowl. Pour the cheesy sauce over and mix everything evenly.
6. Transfer to the greased baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
8. Let cool slightly before serving.
