Description

This creamy jalapeño garlic chicken bites with twisted cheddar Cajun pasta recipe is the perfect fusion of spicy, cheesy, and savory. With tender chicken, bold Cajun flavors, and a rich sauce, it’s a must-try for weeknight dinners or cozy indulgence.

Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 jalapeños, finely chopped

1 cup heavy cream

4 ounces cream cheese

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

8 ounces rotini pasta

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high and sear the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and jalapeños until fragrant.

4. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, and chicken broth. Stir until smooth.

5. Mix in cheddar cheese, Parmesan, Cajun seasoning, and paprika. Stir until melted and creamy.

6. Cook rotini pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.

7. Combine the pasta and seared chicken with the sauce and mix until evenly coated.

8. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan or jalapeños if desired.

Notes

Use rotini or cavatappi pasta for best sauce coverage.

Adjust jalapeño quantity to your preferred heat level.

Add a splash of milk when reheating to keep sauce creamy.
