Description

This Creamy Italian Spaghetti & Ground Beef One Pot Meal is a quick and comforting dinner recipe made with rich tomato sauce, ground beef, spaghetti, and a luscious creamy finish. Perfect for busy weeknights or cozy evenings, this easy one-pot pasta is full of flavor and simple to make.


Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 small yellow onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes

3 cups beef broth

12 ounces spaghetti, broken in half

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Heat a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.

2. Stir in the diced onion and garlic. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until softened and fragrant.

3. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then pour in crushed tomatoes and beef broth. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

4. Add the spaghetti, breaking it in half to fit. Push the pasta into the liquid and simmer uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream. Stir until well blended.

6. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is creamy.

7. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top if desired.

Notes

Use a deep skillet or Dutch oven to prevent overflow while simmering.

Break spaghetti in half for even cooking and easier stirring.

Add mushrooms, spinach, or red pepper flakes for extra flavor and variety.
