Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
8 ounces high protein pasta
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
Instructions
1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Boil the high protein pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. Reduce skillet to low heat and stir in cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika into the cooked beef.
4. Gradually add milk while stirring to form a creamy sauce.
5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
6. Let sit on low heat for 2 minutes, allowing cheese to melt into a creamy finish.
