Ingredients
1.5 pounds chicken breasts or thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes and marinate with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning for 30 minutes.
2. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and done, about 5-7 minutes.
3. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
4. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir continuously.
