Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1/4 cup cream cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

8 oz spaghetti noodles

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

4. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.

5. Slowly pour in heavy cream and whisk to combine.

6. Add grated parmesan and simmer the sauce until thickened.

7. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and return to pot.

8. Stir shredded mozzarella into the hot noodles until melted and creamy.

9. Serve chicken on top of cheesy spaghetti and pour garlic parmesan sauce over everything.

10. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Always sear the chicken on medium heat to prevent burning the garlic.

Use freshly grated parmesan for a smoother, creamier sauce.

If reheating, add a splash of milk or cream to restore creaminess.
