Ingredients
1 pound chicken breast

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese
12 ounces rotini or fusilli pasta
Salt to taste

Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
3. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.

6. Add pasta to the sauce, mix until coated. Stir in chicken bites.
7. Adjust sauce thickness with reserved pasta water if needed.
