Ingredients

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

2 cups cooked white rice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

4. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Add lemon juice for brightness.

5. Return shrimp to skillet and toss to coat in sauce.

6. In a separate bowl, mix parsley and basil into cooked rice. Fluff with fork and season to taste.
