Description

Creamy Crockpot Tortellini Alfredo is a rich, cheesy slow cooker pasta recipe made with cheese tortellini, spinach, heavy cream, and garlic. This easy one-pot comfort food is perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family dinners. Great with grilled chicken or a crisp salad.

Ingredients

20 oz cheese tortellini

2 cups heavy cream

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 oz cream cheese

3 cups spinach (fresh or frozen)

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

1. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, cream cheese, garlic, butter, salt, and pepper to the crockpot. Stir to combine.

2. Cook on low for 1 hour until the cream cheese is melted and everything is warmed.

3. Add the tortellini and stir to coat. Cook on low for 2 to 3 more hours, until pasta is tender.

4. Stir in the spinach and Parmesan cheese. Let cook another 10 to 15 minutes.

5. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of milk or broth. Serve hot with extra Parmesan.

Notes

Use frozen tortellini straight from the freezer—no need to thaw.

Fresh spinach wilts faster, but frozen works well too.

For added flavor, top with cooked bacon or grilled chicken.
