Description

This creamy cheesy garlic butter rigatoni with savory beef is a rich and indulgent pasta dish made with tender ground beef, smooth cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, and fresh garlic. Perfect for a comforting family dinner, it’s easy to make and incredibly satisfying.


Ingredients

450g rigatoni pasta

450g ground beef

4 tablespoons butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

120g cream cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

1. Boil rigatoni in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 1 minute.

4. Lower heat and add cream cheese. Stir until melted. Slowly pour in heavy cream and mix until smooth.

5. Add mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, stirring until fully melted and creamy.

6. Return beef to the pan and stir into the sauce. Add cooked rigatoni and mix well. Use reserved pasta water to loosen sauce if needed.

7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.

Notes

Use high-quality cheese for the best melt and flavor.

Don’t overcook the pasta — al dente holds up better in the sauce.

If reheating, add a splash of cream or milk to bring back the creamy consistency.
