Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8 ounces pasta (fettuccine or penne)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Season chicken breasts generously with Cajun seasoning.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
