Description
This creamy Cajun beef spaghetti with three-cheese Parmesan sauce is a bold and comforting pasta dish perfect for weeknight dinners. Made with ground beef, mozzarella, white cheddar, and Parmesan, it’s spicy, rich, and irresistibly creamy.
Ingredients
450g spaghetti
500g ground beef
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
115g cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, drain, and set aside.
2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and cook ground beef until browned. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a bowl.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir in cream cheese until smooth.
4. Gradually mix in mozzarella, white cheddar, and Parmesan. Stir continuously until sauce is thick and creamy.
5. Add the cooked beef back to the skillet and combine with the sauce. Toss in the spaghetti and mix until well coated. Add pasta water to loosen if needed.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and melt.
Reserve pasta water before draining—it’s key for adjusting sauce consistency.
Don’t overheat while reheating; warm gently with a splash of cream.
