Description

This Cranberry Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip is a festive holiday appetizer blending tart cranberries, spicy jalapeños, and creamy cheese for a sweet, tangy, and spicy bite. Perfect for parties, potlucks, and seasonal spreads. Easy to make, gluten-free, and visually stunning.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh cranberries

1 medium jalapeño, seeded

2 green onions

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

1/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

Instructions

1. Add cranberries, jalapeño, green onions, and cilantro to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

2. Transfer to a bowl, then stir in sugar, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and chill for 1 hour.

3. Spread softened cream cheese onto a serving plate in an even layer.

4. Spoon the chilled cranberry mixture over the cream cheese.

5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready. Pair with crackers, pita chips, or veggies.

Notes

Use fresh cranberries for the best texture and tart flavor.

Adjust jalapeño heat by including or removing seeds.

Let the salsa chill longer for deeper flavor infusion.
