Ingredients
2 cups cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
0.5 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
1. Pulse cranberries in a food processor until finely chopped but not mushy.
2. Mix cranberries with sugar in a bowl and let sit for 1 hour.
3. Fold in the drained crushed pineapple.
4. Stir in mini marshmallows and chopped pecans, if using.
5. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
This dessert is best made the night before to let flavors meld.
Use fresh or thawed frozen cranberries, but not dried.
