Ingredients
1 pizza crust
1/3 cup cranberry sauce
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
4 oz Brie cheese, cut into chunks
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp fresh thyme or a handful of arugula
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet or preheated stone.
3. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
4. Scatter the chicken across the pizza.
5. Dot with chunks of Brie and top with red onion slices.
6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
7. Optionally broil for 1 minute for crispier cheese edges.
8. Remove from oven and top with fresh thyme or arugula.
9. Slice and serve warm.
