Description
These Cranberry Brie Bombs are the ultimate holiday appetizer, combining creamy brie, sweet cranberry sauce, and buttery crescent dough into a bite-sized explosion of flavor. Perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any winter gathering.
Ingredients
1 sheet refrigerated crescent roll dough
8 cubes brie cheese (about 1 inch each)
8 teaspoons whole berry cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons chopped pecans (optional)
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (optional garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Unroll crescent dough and cut into 8 squares or use triangles if using crescent rolls.
3. Place one cube of brie in the center of each dough piece.
4. Add one teaspoon of cranberry sauce and a few pecan bits (if using) on top.
5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
6. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
7. Beat the egg and brush over each dough pouch for a golden finish.
8. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Let cool slightly, garnish with rosemary if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
Wrap dough tightly so the cheese doesn’t leak while baking.
Use puff pastry for a flakier, buttery texture alternative.
Add a drizzle of honey for a sweet finishing touch.
