Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry

6 oz brie cheese

½ cup cranberry sauce

1 tbsp fresh rosemary or chopped pecans (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.

2. Unroll the thawed puff pastry and cut it into 24 squares.

3. Press each puff pastry square into a mini muffin cup.

4. Add one small cube of brie to each pastry cup.

5. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over each brie cube.

6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden.

7. Remove from the oven and top with fresh rosemary or chopped pecans.

8. Let cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature.
