Ingredients
1 ½ pounds fresh jalapeño peppers, sliced into rings
1 cup apple cider vinegar
3 cups granulated sugar
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon celery seed
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon ground cayenne (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and slice jalapeños (or mixed peppers) into 1/4-inch rings.
