Ingredients
6 cups Rice Chex cereal
1 cup cookie butter
1 cup white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt cookie butter, white chocolate chips, and butter, stirring frequently until smooth.
2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
3. Pour Rice Chex cereal into a large bowl and gently fold in the melted mixture until all pieces are evenly coated.
