Description

This Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole is a warm and gooey breakfast bake made with refrigerated cinnamon rolls, a rich vanilla custard, and a sweet icing drizzle. Perfect for brunch or holidays, it’s easy to make and loved by all.


Ingredients

2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing

4 large eggs

1 cup milk

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup maple syrup


Instructions

1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and spread evenly in the baking dish.

3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup.

4. Pour mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls and press down lightly. Let it soak for 10 minutes.

5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and custard is set.

6. Cool for 5 minutes, drizzle icing over top, and serve warm.
