Description
Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Cookies combine the warmth of cinnamon rolls with the creamy tang of cheesecake in one soft-baked cookie. A perfect holiday or anytime dessert packed with cozy flavor and a swirl of indulgence.
Ingredients
1 batch sugar cookie dough
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Melt butter and stir in brown sugar and cinnamon until thick and spreadable. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
3. Scoop sugar cookie dough into balls, then make a deep indent in the center of each.
4. Fill each indent with a teaspoon of cinnamon sugar mixture.
5. Top with a small dollop (about 1/2 teaspoon) of the cheesecake mixture.
6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
7. Cool cookies on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
8. Drizzle with extra cream cheese mixture or cinnamon sugar, if desired.
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps.
Don’t overfill the cookie centers to prevent spillage.
Chill dough slightly if it’s too sticky to handle.
