Description

Ingredients

2 large cucumbers

4 medium tomatoes

1 medium onion

1 cup white vinegar

1 cup water

1⁄4 cup granulated sugar

1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt

1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Slice the cucumbers into rounds or half-moons, chop the tomatoes into wedges or chunks, and thinly slice the onion.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together white vinegar, water, granulated sugar, salt, and black pepper until dissolved.
