Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

12 oz bowtie pasta

8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook with olive oil until golden and fully cooked. Set aside to rest and slice.

2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook bowtie pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

4. Lower heat and pour in heavy cream. Stir in Velveeta cubes gradually until melted and smooth.

5. Add shredded mozzarella and stir until fully melted and combined.

6. Return sliced chicken and pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat with sauce evenly.

7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Make sure to use low heat when melting the cheese to prevent curdling.

You can substitute bowtie pasta with penne or rotini if preferred.

Add a splash of milk when reheating leftovers to restore creaminess.
