Description

This Cheesy Rotel Ranch Queso is the ultimate party dip—rich, creamy, and bursting with bold flavors from Velveeta, Rotel, ranch seasoning, and cheddar. Perfect for gatherings, game nights, or easy appetizers.


Ingredients

1 lb Velveeta cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

10 oz Rotel tomatoes with green chilies

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

8 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup milk


Instructions

1. Cut Velveeta into cubes and let cream cheese come to room temperature. Slightly drain Rotel if you want a thicker dip.

2. In a skillet over medium heat, add Velveeta, cream cheese, and milk. Stir until smooth.
