Description

This Caramel Cheesecake Brownie Trifle Delight is the ultimate layered dessert with rich brownies, creamy caramel cheesecake filling, and whipped cream. A show-stopping no-bake trifle perfect for holidays, potlucks, or anytime your sweet tooth needs satisfying.


Ingredients

1 batch brownies, baked and cut into cubes

8 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup caramel sauce

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup toffee bits or chopped nuts (optional)


Instructions

1. Bake your brownies according to the package or homemade recipe. Let them cool completely and cut into bite-sized cubes.

2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.

3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the caramel cream cheese mixture to form a fluffy cheesecake layer.

4. In a large trifle dish or individual dessert glasses, start layering: brownies, cheesecake filling, drizzle of caramel. Repeat until the dish is full.

5. Top the final layer with whipped cream and a generous sprinkle of toffee bits or chopped nuts if using.

6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to let the layers set and flavors blend.

Notes

Make sure the brownies are fudgy, not cakey, for best texture.

For a stronger caramel flavor, swirl extra caramel into the cheesecake layer.

You can use store-bought brownies or brownie bites to save time.
