Ingredients
1 lb steak tips
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
12 oz penne pasta
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Toss steak tips with Cajun seasoning and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Set aside and keep warm.
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook penne pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes. Stir in parmesan and mozzarella cheese, whisking until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
5. Plate the cheesy penne and top with Cajun steak tips.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

This dish is ideal for sirloin or ribeye steak.
Use freshly grated parmesan for the creamiest sauce.
