Ingredients
1 lb Ribeye or New York Strip Steak
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Salted Butter
3 cloves Garlic, minced
8 oz Linguine Pasta
1 cup Heavy Cream
3/4 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp Chopped Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Generously season the steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side. Let it rest.
3. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook linguine until al dente. Drain and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer. Add Parmesan and stir until melted and creamy.
6. Toss the linguine into the sauce and mix well.
7. Slice the rested steak thinly and serve over the pasta.
8. Spoon any extra garlic butter from the skillet on top. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
Let the steak rest before slicing to lock in juices.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the creamiest sauce.
Adjust Cajun spice to taste if you prefer more or less heat.
