Ingredients
8 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb ground beef
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and onion powder, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic powder and Cajun seasoning. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer.
4. Stir in cream cheese until fully melted, then add Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.
5. Return cooked beef to the skillet, followed by the pasta. Toss until everything is coated evenly in the sauce.
